Association established in 2003 by UN-HABITAT �Best Practices Center, Vladivostok, Russia�, Far Eastern division of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO and International Chinese University of Hong �ong.

China-Russia Research Association, Beijing, Shenzhen Show United Exihibition Co., American Vocational Academy, Honolulu, USA joined to International Association of UN HABITAT and UNESCO Joint Programs.
